It breaks both front page and article pages so I don’t really want to activate it now when I am getting lots of traffic.
It did happen when I clicked upgrade new plugins this morning and it was upgraded and instantly the site broke. I can get into ADMIN with it on though.
No other complaints like this this morning?

It’s very strange becouse no any “main” files and functional was changed.
We have added the new function – shortcode placement option, but this function was tested with few versions of WP and there was no any problems. Before publishing 2.3 version, this version was tested with different ways of installation and upgrade and there was no any problems to.
If you can, please try to delete and reinstall Sharexy plugin, after installation please go to the plugin settings page and click on the Save button, hope this might to help.
Please inform me about results and sorry for inconveniences.

I am having a nice traffic surge today!
I deleted it and re installed it.
I unchecked the float box and then the in article box and saved both and same thing happens. So even with nothing checked I get the header with no articles or sidebar on the main page, on article page I get a total blank. When I deactivate it everything is fine.
I have gone back to SHARE THIS which seems to work

Could I ask you to give me your website url? And It’scould be great if you tell me which one version of wp you are using and wich plugins has been installed on your blog. With this information we’ll get ability to investigate your issue more scrupulously.
I am having the same problem. this update is a PROBLEM!
i’m using word press 3.51
i can not afford to make my site go bad by activating this problem plug in unless i am communicating with you LIVE so that i can then activate it while you are real time on line and so that you can see the problem. Then i can deactivate this buggy thing and get back to a working site.

We have found the problem. Problem will be resolved in 2.4 version of the plugin, which will be available for download today-tomorrow.

update killed my site- literally everything other than the title on the home page and all subsequent pages is inaccessible. Error code reads as follows:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strpos() in /home/n8pruitt/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/sharexy/SharexyWidget.php on line 81

Obviously I won’t be able to log in to update the plugin since this error has destroyed even my admin link on the page. Joy.
