    Hi,

    Thanks for the great plugin.

    I was wondering if you might have some idea whether its compatible with s2member? I can’t seem to get this plugin to replace the default new user email. No emails get sent upon registration if I check this option on the settings page.

    I am glad my plugin works for you.

    The replacement of the registration email is still experimental/buggy.
    What I noticed is that the notification uses the template whenever an admin registers a new user (both the admin and the user receive their own email using the EZ Emails template).
    Unfortunately, when a user signs up, the notification email uses the WordPress default template.
    I am trying to further investigate this issue and I will keep you posted.

    I don’t know the plugin s2member, but I will give it a try and post here my considerations.

    Regarding the s2member compatibility.
    s2member is able to detect if there is another plugin trying to override the default user notification email, giving you the following warning:
    Conflict warning: You have another theme or plugin installed that is preventing s2Member from controlling this aspect of your installation. When the pluggable function wp_new_user_notification() is handled by another plugin, it's not possible for s2Member to allow customization of New User Emails. This is NOT a major issue. In fact, in some cases, it might be desirable. That being said, if you DO want to use s2Member's customization of New User Emails, you will need to deactivate one plugin at a time until this conflict warning goes away.

    In order to be able to use s2member’s email customization, you need to set to NO the “Replace WP template” option in EZ Emails Settings page.

    Regarding the issue of emails not getting sent through EZ Emails, I believe I fixed it. You can update to version 1.2 when it shows up in the plugin repository.
    Hope this solved your problems.
