duplicate main navigation menu in footer of twenty twelve

I have created a simple child theme of 2012, and it’s coming on great thx to the help here on forum (still on localhost at moment).

I want to pretty much duplicate my main nav menu as a footer.

Can someone advise best way to go about this, to get me started in the right direction… a spacial footer widget perhaps or a new footer.php?
