Post Updated notifications (subscribe)

    Is there a plugin a bit like online shops where when they are out of stock, sometimes they have a “notify you when stock arrives” button, and you submit an email for this, then when they get stock you are notified via email.

    I’d like a similar thing for when i update a post, and users can subscribe to a specific post only.

    Anything available or with similar concepts that i can modify?
