optin form available with div tags instead of table?

    Hello!

    Thanks for your wonderful plugin, it’s really great! Most of all I love how quick it is setup and you can start sending newsletters 🙂

    One question / request:
    Is it possible to include the optin form, used by your widget, without table tags but with div tags? My sidebar doesn’t have enough width for it and it would look much better if “Name” and “Email” just could be placed above the input fields instead of lower the width of the input fields.
    You can give me advice on developer level…
