Downloading additional fields

    Good afternoon,
    In addition to an email address, I would like to collect additional data, such as the person’s address, company, etc. I put these fields into the contact form as required, which worked fine. However, they did not show up on the email before download log.

    Is there a way to do this?

    Hi Kristina,
    Thank you for using our plugin.
    Since all fields in the CF7 are dynamic (even email field) we decided to separately collect only email inputs, assuming that this field will always be present in the form that you create (Since the plugin is called Email Before Download, we felt this was a safe assumption). So the rest of the fields from your form is packed into xml format and saved in the posted_data field of the exported CSV. It is currently left it up to our plugin users to decide how to parse that information from that xml.
    In our future releases we might consider adding a tool/feature that will let you to parse the xml doc too.
