Duplicating of images in footer widget area

Hi,

When I use the plug-in in my footer widget area it duplicates when using styles “Wall”, “Gallery” and “Windows”.
I have linked to a screenshot as my site is still in development and I do not want to publicly post the URL.
In the screenshot I am using the “Wall” style and have specified 3 photos per row and a total of 9 photos. I have checked Safari, Chrome, FF and IE – the duplicating happens in all of them.

I tried using it in a sidebar widget and it worked fine, so just seems to duplicate in the footer area.
