   Hi there

   I am trying to get a picture in a post to the left of some text. I can't seem to get it as I would expect.

   I want the image to be merged within the text. If I insert an image it starts the text from the bottom of the image rather than the top

   I'm sure this is simple to fix but it has been bugging me for ages

   thanks that is a great help although when I try to add the div tags around it, in the code section, they get changed automatically to the p tag?

   Turn off the wysiwyg animal. For good. Do NOT switch between Code and Visual - but turn it off at Users > Your profile.

   ah yes that seems to be working now. So I assume that people do not use the wysiwyg now? I have been using it for ages!

   I never use it. I don't need it. I know html and with the code editor I have full control.
