Shipping outside my country

Hi!
I have a shop in Sweden and in this shipping is not included!
There are however several customers who are ordering our products from other countries and I would like to implement a shipping fee for them. How do I do that?

I dont want to have different shipping fees for different currencys fees I just want to add a function so that if you are outside off Sweden you have to pay a certain amount in shipping. I really hope you can help!
