WP Dropdown Menus not working when logged in -iOS!!!

    Hi,

    Totally weird.

    I am using woothemes canvas 5.1.6

    When logged in – dropdown menus do not work on iPhone, iPad etc.

    They work on the computer but not on iOS devices. Totally weird.

    How can I troubleshoot this?

    They work fine in WP 2010 theme – so it must be something up with my WOO and they havent been able to track it down.

    Have you tried deactivating your plugins to see if any may be causing that with that theme? Does it work in the current default theme – twentytwelve?

    We don’t support commercial themes here, so if it’s specific to Canvas, you’ll have to persist with Woo.

    Yes, deactivated all plugins – no dice.

    Yes – works with 2010.

    Ok. I understand.

    Just wondering if there were some generic troubleshooting things in terms of the way WP does menus … or things that might change because of login state.

    Hypothetically a menu or code shouldnt change based on login state right?

    Hard to say for sure – you could check for JavaScript errors:
