Header Covered by "Body" of Webpage

For some reason the “body” part of my website is now covering my header. I did not install any new plugins recently, so I have no idea why my site has issues. I also checked the mobile version, and the header is covered there as well. I tried refreshing the page multiple times, but still nothing.

Does anyone know what is happening?
