Google XML Sitemaps to Yoast Sitemaps. Delete old sitemap from Webmaster tools?

    Hi,

    WPEngine said that google xml sitemaps was not allowed on their server – so I switched on the sitemaps function of yoast.

    In google webmaster tools should I delete the old sitemap.xml that google sitemaps created before I upload my new yoast sitemap – or can it stay there?

    Can both sitemaps be there at the same time? Any conflicts or other things I should do now that I use the Yoast functionality?
