All of my featured images have been replaced with smaller 200×200 images and are now showing stretched out when on product page. before upgrade all images were proportioned correctly…

WC > Settings > Catalog

Change dimensions there, and if needed, use the regenerate thumbnails plugin to have the image sizes created for you.
