Hostgator database connection failing

    Has anyone had any luck using duplicator with Hostgator? I have tried unsuccessfully to test my connection to the database with a new created database and assigned user with the correct permissions and continue to get the following:

    DATABASE CONNECTION FAILED!
    Access denied for user ‘xxx_admin’@’localhost’ (using password: YES)

    I am using localhost as the host name.

    Please help if you can.
