Setting up a contact form.

Hi, New to the whole webpage thing. Trying to set up a “contact us” page on my website. I have added a new page with the “contact form” however when I view the page it tells me “email has not been set up properly, please add contact email”.

Where do I add my contact email so that the form will work?
