Really great – powerful and fun

Setup was simple and fast, worked well with standard gmail address. Setup to google apps address was more complicated than I hoped but in truth I didn’t actually try it, and it’s not the plugin’s fault. Also the facebook integration was so fast and simple. Now I can support my customers this way from my phone or tablet or desk without having to talk which is sometimes hard.
