Contact Form 7 Validation Messed up

Hi,
I am daily user of contact form 7 and its best of best,

But from last some days I found the problem that whenever it display validation error they had a difference I had provided two links below to the difference… please help me how to solve this issue…

1) Click on submit Validation occurred greatly..

2) where as clicking on this submit button it dispaly old type of validation….

in both cases validation display differently where as I am using a same version…

So how to get the 1) type of validation?
