Wp-members password generator

Hi All, i’m using wp-members however my clients are finding the passwords generated too difficult to remember which is causing issues on login. I tested one of the passwords and for what ever reason just couldn’t get it to work…reset it and I logged in fine

Any ideas what is causing this and is there somewhere I can amend how difficult the passwords are?
