Best Photo Gallery Plugin

I am now using fgallery to manage my photo galleries. I like how easy it is for me to update and upload new images and create galleries. I am NOT a programmer. I am a photographer so easy and intuitive is essential.

My problem is that fgallery does NOT allow me to easily establish the order in which images appear in the gallery. This is a major problem for me.

My question is there a better plugins for photography or is there an easy way to set the photography order in fgallery.
