   Can anyone advice "how do we add tags via Desktop clients e.g. Windows Live Writer etc." in WordPress 2.3?

   Untill now, with UTW, one can add by using [tags] some tags [/tags] code.

   If you upgrade to WordPress 2.3.1, you can add WordPress tags using the "Keywords" field in Windows Live Writer (WLW).
