Issues with configuration on WP theme

    I’m able to see the cart and products page, but the actual /shop page is blank and when you click on the item it goes to a blank page. I added the “remove_action” hook and used the “add_action” hook on the functions.php. Even adding an item to the cart doesn’t work. Any help would be appriciated!

    Does the issue exist when you switch themes and what themes have you tried?

    Hi Matt,
    Unfortunately I don’t have the ability to switch themes due to the visitor traffic on the site. I can provide a link if necessary.

    It’s a bad practice to do debugging on a live site when it comes to plugins and theme source code. I suggest creating a duplicate WordPress install in a subdirectory where you can experiment safely before going any further.

    WordPress has features that make this easier than it sounds. The Export and Import tools move the content of your old site into the new site. Moving WordPress provides further guidance.
