Assign privileges "Super Admin" to another user | WordPress.org

I have a Super Admin privileges assigned to the user with ID = 1.

This user is the only one who can handle the plugin AAM.

I created a new Admin user with ID = 3.
I want to be the Super Admin to manage AAM plugin and then delete the user with ID = 1.

Is this possible? Thank you very much.

Hi ozonia,
The Super Admin is the first admin who activated the AAM. So go and deactivate and remove the AAM and install/activate by using your user with ID = 3.

Hi, I have the same problem, but I can’t deactive and remove the aam plugin. How can I give the access to the plugin for the admin role (now they can’t view the aam plugin)?

Hi Gabriele D’Amato,
Try to run next script : http://wpaam.com/support#viewtopic.php?f=6&t=15#p31
This will clean up the settings. Try to install the AAM again.

Thanks Vasyl, but I can’t clean up the setting. Is a very big work for an ong with a lot of specifics.

Ok. You need to add new capability AAM Manage. If you do not know how to do that, please send us a dump of your wp_options database table and we’ll send back you the script.
