[Plugin: ExtraWatch FREE] Fatal Error

    Hi guys,

    I’m still getting an error with the plugin ExtraWatch FREE.

    Fatal error: Class 'ExtraWatchMain' not found in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/extrawatch/components/com_extrawatch/ajax/stats.php on line 21

    I’m using wordpress 3.5.1 with the Village theme Version 4.0 and just got the latest update of ExtraWatch Version 2.0.582

    The rest of the plugin seems to works, graphs, goals, history, etc. I just cant get live stats to work.

    I used to have this plugin with another website that was joomla based, loved the plugin so much and used it all the time when I made a new post. I was so happy to find it available for wordpress that I was considering buying the pro version, but I cant even get the free version too work ^_^

    Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

    I’ve installed and tried each update that has come out over the last week, currently at Version 2.0.596 and still no luck. I’m still getting the same error message as mentioned above.

    Does anyone have any suggestions for this problem?

    try the latest one, I think it works there without any problem

    Hi matto3c,

    I got Version 2.0.614 today and sadly still the same error as above. Is there anything I can check from my side to help resolve this error message?

    Hi matto3c,

    Just got Version 2.0.615 FREE and no good for me. I have double check checked and I do have ExtraWatch Agent & Visitors in my default sidebar.

    I have also tried to deactivate and unistall all files for this plugin and re-installed again.

    I dont know the first thing about coding and plugin, etc, but is there any server info I can provide to check that it compatible?

    I do appreciate all your hard work, and would really love to get this plugin working.

    Sorry dude, version 2.0.622 doesn’t work for me.
