When I try to play MP3 files through the Sermon Manager program on my WordPress 3.5.1 website they start to play then stop in a few seconds, then they will not play at all on my Windows 7 desktop, although sometimes they play perfectly on my desktop computer. When I try to play any of the same files on my Android tablet they work perfectly. I just don’t get what the problem is here and I don’t know how to troubleshoot this issue. Can anyone steer me right on this? Website is http://www.fmcleamington.org and the audio files are on the home page over at the lower right side. The player I want to be using is Media Elements js HTML5, but, it appears that there is a player called Nan Nan in its place instead. I really could use a hand in resolving this issue if you don’t mind helping out a church.

‘Choppy/unresponsive’ audio/video streaming issues can be caused by many items: Browser (and plugins etc), hardware, antivirus, apps running, corrupt system files, malware…also, network setup/firewalls/ISP/bandwidth/others…

Since the issue is with W7 (Is this just one PC or many?), and plays OK on another device, I would suspect that device (and items associated with just it as noted above)

Thanks for your reply. Any idea how I would go about diagnosing these issues?

I went up to the address bar in IE9 and clicked the compatibility button and now the audio works fine.
