array error

Hi, I’ve suddenly started this error instead of my twitter feed:

Warning: array_slice() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in [site url]/plugins/oauth-twitter-feed-for-developers/StormTwitter.class.php on line 71

Guessing it means there’s nothing being returned from twitter? I moved my site into the root folder about 24hrs before the error started, could that be what caused it? Any suggestions what to do?
