How to add image to the blog roll

Hello Everyone,

I,ve been playing around with wordpress for a bit now, I really love it. I do seem to have an issue with it though. I looked high and low for a plug in or solution to my problem, most likely im not searching using the right terminology. What I would like to do is include an image in the blog roll. Any help would be great! btw im using wp 3.5.1
