Wordpres MS Image Issue

    Using the code above to grab the image from a few sources. The image seems to be working fine all but when using with MS it formates the images like:

    http%3A%2F%2Fwebsitename.com%2Fdemo%2Fthemes%2Fphoenix%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2Fsites%2F3%2F2013%2F03%2F001-1964-imagename-xp-819.jpg

    any ideas?
