WP Super Cache stop working ?

    Yesterday I changed the caching mode to PHP mode then I changed back to Mod Write Rule and the CPU load of my server EXTREMELY increase. I think WPCS stop working and I tested using “Test Cache” then I see the error : Time Stamp doesnt match! Does this mean WPSC not working? Anyone know which may cause this problem? Please help me
