That is a really bad idea! Especially for users that can generate content, you may as well get a domain name like Easy-Hacks-Here dot com. It would be quite likely impossible to cleanly remove all password functionality from WP, even for just a lowly User role. However, there is nothing stopping users from selecting really bad passwords such as 1234 or their username, so there really shouldn’t be any reason to remove password functionality.

I think I understand better, but not completely.

You could create a page to login this type of user that is independent of the WP password system. This user type would be more like a commenter than a WP user. In order for this user to be able to edit his content, some sort of secret token is still needed. We usually call this a password, but it can be presented as something else. Without a secret token, anyone would be able to deface any content the user created.

The only way around a secret token requirement would be to not allow editing of any content submitted, very much like is done with the current comment system. There may be a solution that can work for you, but you must have proper security measures in place
