Your preferred website builder software?

Hello, I have been using artisteer for quite some time now, and I find it quite good to start a website, and then do all the necessary changes manually by editing the code.

However, I was recently wondering, is there a more professional, advanced website builder available? What are your preferred ones? I repeat, I am still unable to build a website design from a scratch, from an empty page. I’m more onto changing stuff around on a complete (rendered) website design and polishing it until it looks the way I want it to.
