Virus Comments on my blog and now email too.

    I need help please.

    I just cleaned out 97 notifications of comments from my blog. All were spam.
    In my email, I am getting about 20~30 per day. This virus or whatever it is, is now sending them to all the people that I email as well.

    Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this virus or whatever it is?
