Same problem here. I’m using ServerPress and updatet my website to 3.5.1 after that I wanted to make some changes and lost the visual editor.
Debugging gives me this:
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined post.php:34
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined load-scripts.php:18
Uncaught ReferenceError: getUserSetting is not defined
What can I do about it?

Using 3.5.1 and tried with several browsers and pc’s.
The “Quick edit” for already written post does not work, nothing happens.
When editing or writing new post, “insert/edit link”, “insert media” buttons does not work and even “choose from most used tags” does not work. Nothing happens when trying to use these. Instead f.ex. bold and align works.
Script_debug done.
From the console in Chrome got these:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined load-scripts.php:2
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘pointer’ post.php:1127
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘wpdialog’
Please help needed.
