show nickname instead of the username

    Currently the plugin only shows the user_nicename this is defined by in WordPress settings page (Users > Your Profile > Display name publicly as) the short cut to this page is in the user menu where it says Edit My Profile.

    This is a per user setting. We may add the option of overriding this in the future version. If this is a requirement for you needs please raise an issue on GitHub @ https://github.com/Bloafer/Posts-To-Page/issues and this will be added into the next version.

    when I turn author=true the username is displayed although in the profile for each user the public name is not the username. In fact in the other posts the public name is displayed and not the username. So it seems the plugin just grabs the username and displays it and does not read the public name used.
