   After upgrade to 2.3, everything was fine. Then checked blog when I came home tonight and every page gave a 404 except the front page. The log-in page renders a 404 as well. I tried deleting the .htaccess and it still didn't work (reuploaded afterward). Also I moved all the plugins out of the plugins directory and it still gives the 404.

   Firefox gives an unstyled version of my blog.
   IE gives:
   Site Temporarily Unavailable
   error id: "bad_httpd_conf"

   What was your resolution as on my local install, I am getting the 404 error for every link. I am using the default theme with no plugins and version 2.3

   Try visiting Options -> Permalinks and re-saving them?
