zelutI get the following error when selecting publish on a blog post or editing the blog-roll (perhaps more, those are the only places I've seen it so far). The next page does not load, it crashes and dies here along with an error from the Db about a duplicate entry.
I was told on IRC that the duplicate entries are harmless. While that may be the case I don't feel that is an appropriate final-answer. Can I get rid of them? Can I get rid of the below error?
I am using a theme from the "works with 2.3" page and I have tried deactivating all plugins. no change.
