Error-whenever some one post an update it shows another copy in the stream.

Hi,

I am using default cbox theme.
Everything was working great but suddenly from yesterday if somebody tries to post something it also shows another duplicate copy of the same in stream.
As my site is new, I dared to reinstall the wordpress but I again find the same issue and really feel bad.
I already posted some issues on commonsinabox.org but none responded.
So I wanted to resolve it and am posting here.

Please help me,having seen this great theme it would be bizarre to use any another theme.
