What you are seeing is Open Graph Data (for Facebook and Twitter) not duplicate tags that assign values to your images and media.

You can simply turn off the Open Graph Integrator by visiting Modules >>> Then Disable Open Graph Integrator.

    -or-

You can always roll back SEO Ultimate by using Settings >>> SEO Ultimate >>> Downgrade – in case there was a version with a more appropriate configuration for your theme.

Unless you want to look at code and see if the theme you are using is adding additional meta data you can, or if you want to hire a developer, you can always observe the changelog and see what changes were made in each version update – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/seo-ultimate/changelog/

However, after looking at your code, it was just Open Graph Integrator optimizing images.

You can also go to Settings >>> SEO Ultimate >>> Global and click –
[x] Identify the plugin’s HTML code insertions with HTML comment tags so you can see what code is being modified inside your theme.

    Hope this helps.
