12.23.03 CVS Link Manager Problem

    “Edit” button not working in the link manager. Also, weblogs cache has been CHMODed but recently updated links don’t show up.
    Can add links but cannot delete too.

    This is still true in the alpha-2 release.

    I’m also having this problem with alpha-2. My OPML import from blogrolling is also failing with a parse error.
    Another issue I’m having is that the permalinks aren’t working. They worked fine previously on the same host.
