    Hi there,

Have you tried the troubleshooting tips found here?

    http://jetpack.me/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-tips/

Also, I noticed that you have W3 Total Cache active on your site. There are known conflicts with that plugin; I’d try deactivating that one first, to see if that’s the source of the issue.

If you can’t resolve it using the troubleshooting tips, can you please try installing the Jetpack Compatibility Plugin so we can see some additional information from your site?

    1) Download the plugin from http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip
    2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
    3) Activate the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test.
    4) Click the “Select All” button.
    5) Send the results of the test back in to support@jetpack.me, and please include a link to this forum thread.

    Thanks!

Oddly enough it has suddenly allowed me to reconnect. Interestingly enough I also opened a ticket with my Hosting Provider.

I will disable the W3 Total Cache.

Thank you for your quick response.

    Fred
