Rating not working when star clicked

Hey, I’m having an issue with my website. I’ve installed the plug-in through the WP Admin interface and only changed the appearance of the stars. However, when on the website I cannot vote, there is no hover effect and the loading spinner remains.

I’ve tried looking around this forum, and tried a couple of suggestions, but none have worked so far.

Can you tell me what might be going on?
