WP ecommerce 3.8.9.5 Payment Gateway Integration

Hi,
The last bullet point on the specification page for the WP E-commerce plugin states ‘If you still aren’t happy, we provide you with the necessary info to write your payment gateway’. I am running WP 3.5.1

I cannot see an option to set up my own payment gateway and wonder if anyone could tell me where to find the option. We use ‘secureform’ to deliver the card info to our office for processing and this is a critical element of the project.

Also, I am trying to show categories only on the shop page, but so far I can only get categories and the sub categories listed. I want to have a page with the categories on, then a page with the sub categories of the particular main category and then the product pages once the user clicks on the sub categories. If anyone has some information on this format I would be very grateful.
