• What ever happened to the lightbox feature that was present in the runforcover iteration of this plugin, allowing you to overlay the large images when you clicked on the album cover? I’d love to have that back!

Also, is there an easy way to set the cover art display to be 3 rows of 2 across (like in runforcover) instead of 6 rows of 1 album cover across?

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hi! In Run For Cover (the old version of this plugin) I used another source for the cd covers. In that source, there was the url for the large version of the image.

Unfortunately, that datasource was very slow and this made the plugin and also your site very slow. I’m still trying to find a better and yet quick source for this data. Once I have that, the lightroom effect will be back. Mainly because I love it myself 😉

Awesome! Thanks for the reply. I’m looking forward to that coming back, too! 🙂

Do you have any guidance on the easiest way to make the covers display as 2 columns instead of one?

I’m not sure what you mean by “as 2 columns”. I checked your site and there are 2 covers on each row.

The plugin generates HTML without tables, so the covers get displayed next to each other when there’s room enough. If you set the width of the images to e.g. 50px, you’ll see there will be 3 images on each row.

I’m currently using runforcover, but I’ll try that out with last.fm albums. thanks.
