Add post info

Hi,
1. I’d like to be able to add my description or to edit the description that the plugin imports, would that be possible?
2. and probably more important, I want to be able to place each video in a different category/categories so probably in wp-admin, it would be nice to be able to edit each post idividually so I’ll be able to set the category of the video, what should I edit for this?
