how to change the 'Posted By Admin' feature

hi .. I have one plugin in which i want to create one hook through which i can only replace this line “POSTED BY ADMIN” to the name which i want .. so it will be something like “POSTED BY MY SUGGESTED NAME” during m inserting a post.

As i do not want to create a user during the post insert .. so instead i want to know if there is a hook available which helps me in my plugin to remove/replace that text to my suggested one ..
