Guys, I have just upgraded to the newest WP version and imported all my tags (about 3000) to the new tagging system. Thing is... they all look awful, and I wanted to fix them, but couldn't find any managing tab on the WP admin area... any suggestions? any plugin? It's quite frustrating to see them all broken (particullary those that aren't single words...)

There is no built in UI for tags in 2.3 They want people to write plugins and then in 2.4 they will include the best features in the core.
The two plugins that I am aware of so far are:

I am sure there will be more, but waiting is the joy of early adopters. :)

Actually, there is one plugin already that you can use to manage tags just like you could do with UTW - and it was made by the girl who gave us the very Ultimate Tag Warrior. It's called "Tag Managing Thing" and you can download from Wordpress Plugin Repository:
