Next page option not in theme

I have an issue that I noticed a few days back.Most of my fix are with plugins and videos but because of a different theme I can not apply the fix.The issues is with this blog page.

At the every end you will see Page 1 2 written at bottom but they are not clickable.
If there is any easy way guide me via plugin or which appearance>editor file needs change.
One more time I Repeat that I am not a developer so please guide me in easy words.
