Doesn't work with CKEditor

    The button to insert the form doesn’t show up if you’re using CKEditor. Found the instructions to manually insert the shortcode, but the page just displays the shortcode instead of running it.

    I thought this was the contact form maker I had used on other sites, but it’s not. Uninstalling and looking for the one I know it works.

    Much as I prefer CKEditor to the goofy post editor that comes with WP, I’m finding that it causes conflict with other plugins that have shortcode generators. JWPlayer and Jetpack’s contact form have this problem.
