"Press this" add an image button not working?

    Running the latest version of wordpress, I am unable to use the “press this” button.

    When I click on the button and press the icon to add an image, the loading icon pops up and never disappears… just keeps loading and loading. Any ideas?

    I am seeing that if you drag and drop an image into the box it remains where it is and just shows up in your post, but is still hosted at it’s original site. I need to use the image selection feature so that they are available on my site.

    Anyone else having this issue/have any ideas?

    I have deactivated all of my plugins AND tried to DL a fresh version of wordpress, to no avail.

    Hey – I guess no one else was having this issue but just in case, it turned out to be a security_mod issue that I was having with HostGator. I live chatted with them and it was totally fixed. Ask them to look at your security settings in the php.ini file. 🙂
