404 page errors for my site in google search

Hello, just started a site few days ago zombiehonda.com also have hondazombie.com redirecting to the first domain.

I switched from windows to linux hosting on godaddy after having permalink issues and now everything is running fine.

However I notice in google results the page that shows up when searching “zombie honda.com” is zombiehonda.com/index.html in chrome or something similar, happens on a mobile browser and firefox too.

Is this just because I started my site on windows hosting and that has caused google to have a history of these dead pages?

Will this go away with time as my page starts getting more hits and show a proper home page in the results without the /html at the end of my address? Any help would be appreciated!
