atomic_shortcode List?

Hi, hope things are going well.

Would there happen to be a list of the atomic_shortcodes used/usable in the php code of this Oxygen theme?

For example, in index.php codes like [entry-title] and [entry-published] are used. The codes I’m looking for would be used for adding user-meta data, specifically user photo/avatar, to the index posts. If there is not an atomic short code for user photo/avatar, then would anyone have any suggestion on bringing user photo into index.php?

Currently I have my front page posts set up in this format (after some editing of php code in index.php:

EXAMPLE OF A POST TITLE
Date Published – by Author First Last – “Edit”

I’m hoping to have something to extent of
